Thank you for considering submitting your work to be featured in our magazine. Before proceeding, please review the following terms and conditions:

1. Rights:

You will retain full rights to your work. It may still be sold, published, or posted elsewhere by you. We also accept submissions of works that have been previously published, although priority may be given to unpublished pieces.

2. Payment:

Upon selection, you will receive an email from us (hello@cutpastemagazine.com) containing a payment form. To receive payment and have your work published in our magazine, you must complete this form within five days. Payments are currently processed through PayPal or Venmo.

3. Ownership:

Please ensure that all submitted work is your own original creation. Do not submit any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, including modified photos taken by others or derivative artwork.

4. Usage:

Once selected and paid for, your work will be exclusively featured in printed copies circulated to all subscribers and customers, as well as in a digital preview exclusive to the creators featured in the magazine. It may also appear in corresponding advertising. We will not utilize your work for any other purposes without your explicit consent, which can be indicated on the payment form. You will always receive full credit for your work. Please note that exceptions may apply for website features, advertisements, and social media posts, where your work may be showcased alongside other pieces in photos of the magazine.
