Unfortunately, our shop platform doesn’t support changing addresses on ongoing subscriptions. To update yours, you’ll need to cancel your current subscription and start a new one with the updated address. Sorry for the inconvenience!

If a subscription payment has already gone through with an incorrect address, please reach out so we can correct that before we send out your copy of the next issue.

Click the Login button at the top of our website menu and sign in to your customer account. Select Account, then choose Subscriptions. Open the subscription you’d like to cancel, click Cancel subscription, and confirm. You’ll keep access through the remainder of your current billing period.

• International orders can take up to four weeks to arrive. We’re unable to provide tracking due to the lower-cost mailing class used to keep international shipping affordable. If your order was marked as fulfilled more than four weeks ago, please contact us so we can make things right.

• USA magazine orders should include tracking numbers once they’re fulfilled.
  If your order hasn’t arrived even after being marked as delivered, or if you have other issues after checking the tracking for your order, please contact us so we can make things right.

• USA zine or sticker orders are shipped without tracking (unless they were purchased with a full-size magazine) and can take up to two weeks to arrive. If your order was marked as fulfilled more than four weeks ago, please contact us so we can make things right.
