Updating your subscription address

Unfortunately, our shop platform doesn’t support changing addresses on ongoing subscriptions. To update yours, you’ll need to cancel your current subscription and start a new one with the updated address. Sorry for the inconvenience!

If a subscription payment has already gone through with an incorrect address, please reach out so we can correct that before we send out your copy of the next issue.

Missing or delayed orders

  • International orders can take up to four weeks to arrive. We’re unable to provide tracking due to the lower-cost mailing class used to keep international shipping affordable. If your order was marked as fulfilled more than four weeks ago, reach out so we can make things right.

  • USA orders should include tracking numbers once they’re fulfilled.
    If your order hasn’t arrived even after being marked as delivered, or if you have other issues after checking the tracking for your order, reach out so we can make things right.
